ABOUT OUR OWNER/HEAD INSTRUCTOR
Keeley Childress, Owner/Head Instructor
Keeley Childress has been teaching all ages to swim and to love the water for over 20 years. She has taught all around Memphis including at Memphis Country Club, YMCA of Memphis, and the Racquet Club of Memphis. Keeley also taught under Donna Heathcock for three years. She is First-Aid and CPR certified.
She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama and hers Masters Degree at the University of Memphis.
Keeley and her husband have two boys and two girls. The newest MemFins Mermaid arrived in July of 2023.
EMMA, HEAD MERMAID TRAINER
Emma has been teaching swim lessons at MemFins since 2017. She has also coached summer swim team at the Racquet Club of Memphis. She CPR and First Aid certified.
She received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University and is a 1st grade teacher in the Memphis area.
MATT, MASTER SHARK HUNTER
Matt is a junior at the University of Alabama. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School. Matt started his swim career at the Racquet Club of Memphis at the early age of 4. He is CPR and First-Aid certified.
Matt will lead the Shark Hunters to find all of the sea life and buried treasures.
